ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Develop the assessment agenda/strategy for the company
- Identify ‘go-to’ assessment tools that can be used for individuals, teams, and larger audiences
- Develop 360 tool and feedback process, including intake, administration, debrief reports, etc.
- Construct and facilitate team effectiveness solutions for intact work teams
- Lead efforts to objectively evaluate candidates during pre-selection or placement activities
- Build objective executive assessment processes used for development and promotion/selection
- Determine placement and evaluation approaches to support organizational realignment efforts
- Lead quarterly, annual, and ad hoc survey initiatives that include pulse, new hire/exit, and all employee engagement surveys
- Lead competency model integration efforts into various talent processes
- Build project, communication, and implementation plans to support assessment initiatives.
- Stay abreast of trends/best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and leverage relationships with key external partners
- Build strong relationships at all levels of the organization and influence/build consensus with key stakeholders
- Ensure metrics are in place to measure the effectiveness of key programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Experience working with human resource management technology, survey and assessment platforms – configurations, tracking and reporting
- Experience facilitating team effectiveness and group debrief sessions
- Coaching and assessment debrief experience
- Experience building competency, behavior, and/or skill profiles
- Strong Microsoft Office software experience – specifically presentation and worksheet management
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s or higher degree in I/O Psychology, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in talent management and development with specialty in assessment and listening program ownership
- Experience working within an internal talent COE
Previous experience working with senior leaders and executives
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 15 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
In office or Remote. Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
