The Technician Apprentice Program is a free, hands-on auto body technician training program that teams you with an experienced technician in a Caliber Collision center to take your skills to the next level – while also getting paid. What to expect in the shop:
Work in a collaborative, supportive team environment with a strong teammate-focused culture

Technical training:
Repair planning and safety practices
Replacement and alignment of bolt-on-panels
Plastic bumper and steel panel repair
Disassembly and reassembly of parts, trim, and hardware
Corrosion protection, seam sealing and foams replacement
MIG welding and spot welding on steel panels
Removal and replacement of weld-on panels
Frame set-up and light sheet metal structural pulls
Electrical and mechanical repair basics
