EMPOWER

We are bringing Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging to life at Caliber through initiatives such as Caliber Women’s Empower Group, Caliber’s first teammate resource group (TRG). We know that although women make up 50% of the US workforce, they make up only about 20% of the workforce in the automotive services industry. Caliber aims to change this because we believe that a more diverse workforce outperforms non-diverse workforces. Caliber Women’s Empower Group has a mission to help attract, inspire and amplify women at Caliber through a variety of initiatives and community-building activities. Caliber Women’s Empower Group started in North Texas and has now spread across all of our regions, with the full support and sponsorship of our executive team and other allies across Caliber.

“When I think of Caliber, the first thing that comes to mind is how amazing our culture is. We are a band of brothers and sisters, we’re in it together.”

Jake, Center Manager, Caliber Collision
