Senior Project Manager

What is the Results Delivery Office? 

The Results Delivery Office (RDO) drives the development of Caliber’s overall growth strategy and ensures successful execution of Caliber’s short-, mid-, and long-term objectives. The RDO is responsible for identifying, articulating, and sizing opportunities for profitable future growth and business optimization. The RDO drives the execution of high-impact, high visibility programs and projects to ensure Caliber achieves our long-term objectives, annual targets and realizes our Vision: “To be the company that improves the image of the automotive service experience”.  

What will you do as a Sr. Project Manager in the Results Delivery Office? 

• Align Program / Project teams on hypotheses, key qualitative and quantitative metrics, and ROI model parameters  

• Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across all LOBs and departments to align executive leaders and drive action 

• Develop and drive project roadmaps (i.e. OKRs, milestones, deadlines, etc.)  

• Create and execute robust change management plans for programs / projects 

• Assist business leaders in structuring and piloting key test-and-learn opportunities  

• Proactively identify and document risks, as well as corresponding mitigation actions 

• Act as main POC for executive leaders regarding any questions during project development, deployment, and implementation/measurement 

• Take on role of project lead, driving progress, elevating roadblocks, resolving opportunities, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration 

• Track program, project, or pilot performance against agreed-upon metrics  

• Align key program and project teams on findings, recommendation, and next steps for every stage of key programs and projects 

• Ensure availability, alignment, and deployment of resources for key programs and projects 

This is an in-office role located at our headquarters in Lewisville, TX.

• Managing high-visibility, high-impact projects with senior executive sponsors and stakeholders 

• Delivering complex projects impacting multiple technology or data systems, preferably in a multi-site operations environment 

• Implementing  

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, diplomacy, and effective communication  

• Comfortable arriving at “the answer” through a combination of independent research, financial / operational data analysis, and input from subject matter experts 

• Experience providing project updates to executive-level audiences 

• Strong working knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel (Smartsheet is a plus)  

• 5+ years in Project Management AND PMP, CAPM, or bachelor’s degree
