Job Summary

As a CORE Planner, you will play a multifaceted role within our organization, acting as a coach, liaison, data scientist, storyteller, offensive coordinator, and game changer. The primary responsibility will be to work directly with our centers and Leaders to address capacity-related challenges, proactively balance supply and demand, analyze data to enhance efficiency, and communicate the "why" behind our strategies. Planner will also be tasked with planning and implementing plays to maximize retention and volume, while consistently seeking opportunities for improvement and boldly highlighting them.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coaching: Work closely with our centers and leaders to identify and address factors that impact their capacity. Provide guidance and support to help them overcome challenges and optimize their performance. 
  • Liaison: Collaborate with leadership and various business stakeholders to ensure a proactive and balanced approach to supply and demand management. Foster effective cross-functional communication and coordination. 
  • Data Science: Utilize data analysis techniques to uncover opportunities for process improvements. Identify trends, patterns, and areas that require corrective action to maximize efficiency and productivity. 
  • Storytelling: Always connect the team to the "why" behind our strategies and initiatives. Effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of our plans to motivate and engage stakeholders. 
  • Offensive Coordination: Plan and execute strategies to maximize retention and volume in our centers. Develop and implement plays that align with our goals and objectives. 
  • Game Changing: Continuously seek opportunities for improvement across all aspects of our operations. Be courageous in highlighting areas that need attention and provide innovative solutions. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  •  Proven experience in coaching or mentoring teams. 

  •  Cross-functional collaboration is a plus. 

  •  A proactive and innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
