ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability for center operations
- Analyze current processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic accounts, IT, procurement, training and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of process enhancements
- Demonstrated ability to persuade others to change existing processes and practices
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure operational consistency
- Design, run, test, and upgrade systems, tools, and processes.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-based decision-making across entire center portfolio
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions
- Lead or support capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion
- Comprehends applicable health and safety requirements and regulations
- Perform other duties to meet the needs of the business.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of process design methods, tools and software
- Strong sense of owning the recommendation and implementation
- Excellent structured problem solving skill including documentation of complex data sets for actionable trends
- Ability to determine course of action based on guidelines and to modify processes and methods as needed
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner and to tailor content to the audience.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to gain the knowledge skills and experience required for the role
- 2-5 years of experience evaluating, optimizing and designing processes
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 15 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Occasionally will work in a shop environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, caustic chemicals, moderate noise, and temperature fluctuations.
